The demand for online/digital learning has already been increasing for years. Since organisations and companies realised the impact of Covid-19 on their operations, providing high quality training content online has become imperative.
Often are institutions not prepared for the paradigm – and mindset – shift necessary to produce and deploy new engaging and relevant learning content successfully.
Whether you want to transition your training to an online format, create a new course from scratch or improve the quality of your existing catalogue, I have acquired the knowledge, skills and tools your organisation needs to deliver the right digital learning solution.
Here a snapshot of projects I worked on in the recent past.
Between 2024 and 2025 I worked with a UN agency as an Instructional Designer on several of their digital learning initiatives, such as:
- A beautiful digital course on Energy Efficient Operations in their field missions;
- A series of digital courses on the basics of Climate Finance Transparency, developed together with experts in the field;
- A series of modules developed with Rise on best practices to use the modules of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Software for reporting GHG emissions worldwide.
Between 2022 and 2024 I collaborated with a large international logistics company as a Learning Specialist and Advisor in the review and creation of several training programs.
They encompassed different domains:
- Design, Development and Launch of new learning platform with A.I. powered content curation for first line employees:
- Creation of learning content for a cross-divisional, innovative, and user-centric Finance Systems Transformation program that brouht together various divisions and functions:
- Creation of digital courses for updated guidelines for the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Similarly, I advised and lead the creation of a brand new series of online courses and onboarding digital learning experiences for Visma Nmbrs, an international software company based in Amsterdam.
Back in 2013-2015 I advised the Global Campus of Human Rights in the development of their digital learning offer and lead the creation of its first MOOC, in collaboration with international partners.
