PLANNING
Aware of how time intensive the creation of good digital content is, I discuss and make it clear at the beginning of every new project.
With your team I create a list of deliverables and a realistic time frame for their production. With different productivity tools, such as simplified Gantt Charts, Jira sprints, genially landing pages, Mural Boards or Powerpoint presentation, I create smart solutions to make sure that your stakeholders can keep track of progress and are kept informed and involved.
MODELS FOR CONTENT CREATION
My experience covers the production of content both with the ADDIE and the SAM models.
I am at ease with different set ups: with experts within the organisation, and with external SMEs, hired from a third party.
My long experience allows me to work with video, graphic and audio agencies autonomously.

TOOLING
For the actual production of digital content, I tend to rely on Articulate 360, a solution with which I have been working for over 8 years now. It provides the opportunity to work remotely with dispersed teams in ways I have not yet found in other products.
But I am always looking to use other tools as well.
Recently, I have integrated content created with Canva and genially – whose use I now master to a good extent – as well as Vyond.
The ability to mix the best of each product allows me to create bespoke and unique content that will resonate with your audience (and look great too).
